Events Executive

Deliver impactful events that engage audiences and drive meaningful business outcomes

We are looking for an Event Executive to join our Marketing team, supporting the delivery of a growing and high-profile events programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early experience in events or marketing who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced B2B environment. Working closely with the Head of Events, you will play a key role in ensuring events are delivered professionally, run seamlessly, and contribute to wider demand generation and brand objectives.

What you’ll be doing

You will support the end-to-end delivery of a varied events programme, contributing to both execution and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of exhibitions, conferences, customer events, roundtables and webinars
• Coordinating event logistics including venues, suppliers, travel, accommodation and on-site requirements
• Managing timelines and ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met
• Assisting with on-site event delivery to ensure a high-quality attendee experience
• Supporting event promotion through email campaigns, social media and event communications
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness for events
• Tracking registrations and attendance, and supporting post-event reporting and follow-up activity
• Maintaining event plans, budgets, trackers and supporting general administration

We’re seeking an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience in an events, marketing or marketing operations role
• Exposure to supporting corporate events, exhibitions or conferences
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Additionally, experience working in B2B marketing environments and familiarity with marketing automation, CRM or event platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Cvent or similar) would be advantageous.
