About the role

Our established branding company is searching for a competent and experienced Workforce Manager to join our team. In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the payroll volume, trend, schedule, monitor TAT & SLA. A workforce manager oversees productivity & utilization in an organization. His/her duties are to assess, analyse, and report on employee productivity and utilization at the individual, teams and departmental levels. Consistency and transparency are key when it comes to managing employee time, attendance, scheduling shifts/cabs and leaves. Employees need to clearly understand the processes and policies behind procedures and be confident that they are being applied fairly across the organisation.
 
 Role Accountabilities and Responsibilitities:

As a workforce manager, his/her job duties include developing staff schedules, collecting staff performance data and customer feedback data, reviewing, and analysing relevant data to identify problem areas, and preparing workforce analysis reports for company leadership to inform their policies and decision-making strategies to meet 100% quality.

Key Responsibilities and duties

  • Monitor payroll trend, schedule & TATs
  • Forecasting payroll volumes and report in case of discrepancy
  • Discussing with TLs/Managers and scheduling staff around forecasted payrolls
  • Managing payroll handling on a day-to-day basis
  • In case of unexpected rises in payroll volumes or absenteeism
  • Report to managers/TLs and suggest/create a Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
  • Analyse hours worked, absences, overtime
  • Monitor real-time and report visibility
  • Monitor hours worked to help ensure employees are properly classified
  • Do comparison and benchmark teams performance across the business
  • Manage Control Team and their responsibilities
  • Monitor their workloads and performance
  • Must share monthly documented Feedbacks
 
 
 
 
 

Skills & experience

Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor’s and/or master’s degree
  • Total years of experience should be 5+ years
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years WFM experience or as a Team Leader
  • Preferred any excel certification/adequate excel knowledge
  • Proficiency with precision measuring through excel reports
  • Strong sense of analysis by calibrating SLAs & TATs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps in the process
  • Ability to read between lines

Compliance

  • Ensuring Quality Compliance for all BAU processes
  • Follow & meet Quality Standards - ISO/BSI – ISMS & QMS
  • Ensuring All Process SLAs are met, if not report to management
  • Adhering to Work Timings & Leave Schedules per company policy
  • Responsible For Ensuring Quality Documentation are Up-To Date
  • Adhering to company policies, Rules & Regulations

Reports

  • Creating and updating process reports and share 
  • Ensure employees are picking assigned payrolls and completing on time
  • Monitor Online Payroll Tracker
  • Generate productivity and utilization reports
