About the role

Lead the engine that converts marketing investment into measurable growth

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Director to join our Marketing Leadership team, owning and evolving our end-to-end performance marketing function across the UK and Ireland.

This is a strategic leadership role where you will bring together demand generation, business development, paid media and digital channels into a single, accountable engine focused on pipeline and revenue. Working in close partnership with Sales, you will ensure marketing activity delivers predictable, scalable and commercially meaningful growth.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work from our office in Watford at least once per week.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take full ownership of the performance marketing strategy, aligning teams, channels and investment to deliver against ambitious commercial targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and delivering pipeline and lead generation targets across public and commercial sectors
  • Defining and executing an integrated performance marketing strategy across demand generation, paid media and digital channels
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team of managers, building capability and accountability across the function
  • Directing multi-channel campaigns (including digital, content, email, events and webinars) and optimising investment for maximum ROI
  • Growing the website as a commercial channel, improving traffic, engagement and conversion
  • Ensuring strong alignment with Sales, including oversight of the BDR function to maximise lead quality and conversion
  • Owning performance analytics, reporting and attribution, using data to continuously refine strategy and investment decisions

Skills & experience

We’re seeking a commercially focused marketing leader who thrives in a data-driven, growth-oriented environment.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Proven experience defining and delivering performance marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue in a B2B environment
  • Experience within SaaS, technology or complex B2B organisations, along with management of paid media budgets and external agencies
  • Strong leadership experience, including managing and developing other managers or team leaders
  • Deep expertise across demand generation, paid media, digital channels and business development
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing technology, CRM platforms and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads)
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimise investment decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product Marketing and Brand teams
