About the role

Build strategic relationships and drive growth across enterprise customer accounts

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our Strategic & Enterprise Accounts team, managing a portfolio of key customers and driving revenue growth through strong, long-term partnerships.

This is a commercially focused, customer-facing role where you will own account strategy, maximise value from existing relationships, and identify opportunities for renewal, upsell and expansion. Working across multiple internal teams, you will ensure customers fully understand and benefit from the breadth of the Zellis offering.

This is a home based role, with an expectation to travel to customer sites & Zellis offices as required. 

What you’ll be doing

You will take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise customers, developing tailored account strategies that drive retention and growth.

  • Driving revenue through renewals, upsell and expansion across your customer base
  • Owning the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity identification through to close
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams
  • Developing and executing account plans aligned to both customer needs and business objectives
  • Positioning the full Zellis portfolio through value-led conversations, insight and market knowledge
  • Managing pipeline development, lead follow-up and accurate forecasting of revenue
  • Collaborating with Managed Services, Pre-Sales, Commercial, Implementation and Support teams to deliver successful outcomes
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of market trends, competitive activity and product roadmap

Skills & experience

We’re seeking a commercially driven account manager who thrives in a target-led, relationship-focused environment.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales within HR, payroll or managed services
  • A strong track record of achieving revenue targets through renewals and growth
  • Experience of value-based selling and developing customer-focused proposals
  • Strong commercial awareness, including contract negotiation and deal structuring
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with credibility at all organisational levels
  • The ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams to deliver customer success
